The inductive conductivity sensor LDL210 from ifm electronic detects the conductivity and concentration of various media with a high level of measurement point flexibility, and is this ideal for quality assurance and for the prevention of unscheduled downtime within the food industry, e.g. during cleaning processes. The sensor measures the conductivity (100-1,000.000 µS/cm) or the temperature (-25-150 °C) of milk, water, or cleaning agents (CIP). The scaleable conductivity sensor, with an operating voltage of 18-30 V DC, has an analogue output and an IO-Link interface. The inductive conductivity sensor LDL210 is connected via an M12 plug connection, with connection into the process established via a hygienic, adaptable G 1 external thread seal cone.
